Responsibilities and Duties
Conduct consultations with high-net-worth individuals and executives over Zoom.
Recommend Medicare plans tailored to client needs, ensuring a consultative approach.
Use browser-based tools, including Salesforce CRM, to manage leads and track interactions.
Collaborate with the leadership team to maintain a high standard of service.
Qualifications and Skills
4+ years of Medicare sales or consulting experience.
Active health insurance license in your resident state
Professional demeanor and strong executive presence.
Proficiency with technology, particularly CRM platforms like Salesforce.

Competitive $45,000 base salary with unlimited commission potential.
$80,000 on-target earnings (OTE) with uncapped earning potential.
Fully remote position with flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S.
