Senior Media Strategist – Growth Squad
Job Description: • Develop and maintain channel-level performance forecasts • Manage performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CPL) to operate within client-defined Contribution Margin (CM) boundaries • Collaborate with Paid Search, Programmatic, and other channel strategists • Lead the internal charge on GenAI creative solutions • Lead the strategy and execution across core social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat) • Interpret performance and lift data from third-party measurement and attribution tools Requirements: • 6–9 years of experience managing and scaling high-budget paid media strategy • Strong grasp of mathematical and statistical concepts • Expert proficiency in advanced Google Sheets/Excel modeling is required • Fluency in all major social media buying platforms and ad managers • Ability to interpret and apply outputs from third-party attribution platforms • Demonstrated ability to apply emerging technologies, particularly GenAI, to creative strategy and optimization for performance gains • At least one current paid media certification (e.g., Meta Blueprint, TikTok Academy) Benefits: • Health Benefits (health, dental, vision, and life insurance) • 401K + 4.5% Match • Unlimited PTO • Fully Remote • 2PM Fridays, Every Friday Apply tot his job
