Job Title: Senior Media Buyer – Meta (Remote, U.S. Only)

Location: Remote (United States Only)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (EST Hours)
Compensation: Base Salary + Lucrative Performance-Based Commission

We are hiring a Senior Media Buyer focused on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to manage and scale lead generation campaigns in the affiliate marketing space.

This role is focused on execution and performance. You will be responsible for launching campaigns, testing large volumes of creatives, optimizing performance, and scaling profitable campaigns.

We are not looking for strategists, consultants, agencies, or advisors. We are looking for a hands-on operator who can execute campaigns, follow defined processes, analyze performance data, and continuously improve results.

The right candidate is comfortable operating in a high-volume testing environment where campaigns, creatives, and angles are launched and iterated quickly.

Key Responsibilities
• Build, launch, and manage Meta advertising campaigns for lead generation
• Create, test, and iterate high volumes of ad creatives and campaign variations
• Own the full paid media process — from strategy to execution to optimization.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns based on key performance metrics
• Develop and test ad copy variations designed for direct-response performance
• Implement and maintain tracking URLs and attribution setups
• Analyze campaign data and make optimization decisions based on performance
• Work with affiliate networks to identify and run profitable offers
• Quickly identify underperforming ads, audiences, and funnels
• Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining CPA and ROI targets
• Maintain accurate campaign tracking and reporting

Candidates must have hands-on experience with:
• Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram advertising)
• Lead generation campaigns
• Affiliate marketing
• Performance-driven environments where ROI and CPA matter
• RedTrack (or similar tracking platform)
• Tracking URLs
• Lead attribution systems
• Meta Ads Manager
• LanderLab or equivalent landing page builder
• Claude or other GPT-equivalent tools
• OpenArt
• Creatify
• Canva
• Other AI tools used for rapid creative production

Experience working with affiliate networks such as:
• DirectAgents
• Madrivo
• Suco
• Common Acquire
• Affiliati
• Wisdom
• and other similar affiliate networks

You will be responsible for:
• Perform large-scale creative testing, aka hundreds of creative per week
• Producing image and video creatives quickly using AI tools
• Testing different hooks, messaging angles, and formats
• Iterating based on performance data
• Maintaining strong ROI and ROAS across campaigns
• Monitoring and optimizing campaign performance daily
• Managing budgets responsibly
• Scaling profitable campaigns while maintaining performance targets
• Identifying trends in creative and audience performance
