Senior Media Buyer & Client Success Manager Company: SM3 Marketing Location: Remote Compensation: $70,000–$85,000 base (performance upside available) Reports To: CMO Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week) Overview SM3 Marketing is one of the fastest-growing advertising and consulting companies in the real estate investing space. Founded by Joe Potenza ( a proven high volume wholesaler, SM3 exists to help real estate investors generate consistent, predictable motivated-seller leads using paid media — primarily Google Ads. We install systems we actively use in our own businesses. We’re looking for a Senior Media Buyer & Client Success Manager who can own campaign execution and client relationships at a high level. This role is for someone who wants responsibility, accountability, and a clear path to leadership as the company scales. SM3 has been rapidly growing and we are looking for A+ players who want to be apart of a fast growing company. The Role You will lead strategic media buying initiatives across Google Ads and Meta, manage client relationships, and act as the bridge between campaign performance and client success. This is not a “set it and forget it” role. You will be expected to think like an operator (we will teach you the wholesale business inside and out), communicate clearly with clients, and actively improve outcomes. Key Responsibilities • Build, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for real estate investors • Manage full campaign build-out and onboarding integration for new clients • Monitor performance metrics, diagnose issues, and proactively optimize accounts • Conduct client success calls and manage ongoing client relationships • Translate ad performance into clear, actionable insights for clients • Educate clients on wholesaling fundamentals and how profitable real estate businesses actually operate.
