In this senior role, you will own the development of highly integrated mechatronic subsystems, drive product decisions in collaboration with R&D and operations, and bring your industrial experience and systems mindset to improve the performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of our robotics platform.You will act as a technical leader within cross-functional teams, from early concept through production and lifecycle support. We develop numerous customized hardware systems, including the entire robotic platform, actuators, sensors, inspection payloads, charging systems, and all related ANYbotics mechanical hardware. Your Contributions Lead the design and validation of complex mechatronic assemblies for robotic systemsOwn mechanical subsystems from concept to release, including product care responsibilitiesConduct system-level tradeoff analyses balancing performance, reliability, and costCollaborate with software, electrical, and operations teams to ensure integration and manufacturabilityMentor junior engineers and contribute to design best practicesCreate and maintain detailed product documentation compliant with ISO standards Your Profile Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics; advanced degree a plus
