Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Ride Development Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of mechanical ride systems from concept to installation. Your primary responsibilities will include:


Concept Design: Develop "clean sheet" concept designs for rides that meet creative vision and partner requirements.
Technical Requirements: Distill and organize technical requirements from high-level story descriptions and artwork.
Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders to define system requirements and interface specifics.
Team Leadership: Direct the daily activities of a design and engineering team through all phases of work, including planning, mockups, production, installation, testing, and turnover.
Documentation: Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, test plans, and risk assessments.
Vendor Management: Oversee and manage vendors and contractors, ensuring timely delivery and quality of work.
Digital Modeling: Lead the development and delivery of digital models and drawings.

Requirements and Qualifications
