Senior Marketing Manager - Remote Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced marketing professional to lead the development and execution of marketing communications for our Mobile Loyalty programs. As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving success through targeted marketing communications, creative briefs, and robust marketing strategies that generate plan adoption and revenue.

Your responsibilities will include:
Developing targeted marketing communications to retain our Wireless customer base
Creating strategic creative briefs and evaluating creative ideas and concepts
Managing advertising agency partners and implementing complete digital and traditional marketing plans
Developing test strategies, measuring performance, and making strategic recommendations to improve creative and program performance
Presenting recommendations to senior leadership and peer groups, and gaining alignment across work groups to implement changes
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced marketing professional with:
6+ years of relevant experience in marketing, CRM, or customer lifecycle management
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience managing cross-functional teams and balancing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience using MS Office Suite and Google Suite
Preferred qualifications include:
A degree in Marketing, Market Research, or an MBA
Experience working with internal or external marketing or advertising agencies
Confident verbal communication skills and strong presentation abilities
Experience with campaign automation tools, digital trends, and key business drivers
We offer a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of $114,000 - $212,000 annually, depending on location and experience.
