About the Company and the Role
We’re an international HealthTech product with 17 million downloads and 200+ five-star ratings in the App Store. Using biometrics, science, AI, and design, we help people better understand how they feel and what affects their well-being.

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Editor to own the copy across our CRM and promo communications and make it clear, strong, and effective.

This role is for someone who can turn product ideas, features, and offers into clear messages for email, push notifications, in-app content, stories, promo banners, and other formats. We’re looking not just for strong writing, but for someone who can help users see the value of the product in every communication and take the next step.
Who we’d love to see


Strong experience in marketing editing and conversion-focused communications in English;
Experience working with CRM and lifecycle communication formats in English;
Ability to write from scratch and edit other people’s copy in English;
Strong understanding of audience segments, tone of voice, and communication logic across channels;
Ability to find strong messaging angles for different audiences and user scenarios;
Ability to talk about a product clearly and ethically — without sounding overly salesy, but with a solid understanding of user needs;
Independence: gathering context, asking the right questions, proposing solutions, and driving tasks to completion;
English proficiency at C1 level and a strong feel for English-language digital content;
Confident use of AI tools in daily work: ChatGPT, Claude, and creating or refining prompts for specific tasks;
Basic Figma skills sufficient to independently edit copy in mockups.

What You’ll Do

Write copy for CRM and promo channels: email, push, in-app, stories, promo banners, and other formats;
Work with the CRM team and product managers to find strong messaging angles for different audience segments and turn them into clear, compelling communications;
Build a cohesive messaging system for the user — from a single piece of copy to the next communication cycle;
Edit copy written by product managers, part-time writers, and other teammates;
Analyze communication performance and suggest new hypotheses for the next iterations;
Take part in content planning together with the CRM team;
Research the market and competitors;
Contribute to web funnel tasks after the initial brief and suggest how the communication can evolve further;
Dive deep into the product to communicate the value of features and offers accurately.

Nice to have

Experience in HealthTech, EdTech, Tech, or another product environment with strong CRM communications;
Experience with web funnels and funnel-based communications;
Experience in teams where copy is regularly tested and has a direct impact on performance metrics;
Experience creating content for launches, promos, and sales communications.

Who you’ll work with
You’ll work with the Head of CRM, CRM Marketing Managers, a designer, product managers, and teammates responsible for content and communications across the team.
You’ll also collaborate with the SMM team on broader communication initiatives and shared newsworthy topics.
