Senior Manager, Technical Success

Remote Full-time
Every day, the world gets more digital thanks to tens of millions of developers building the future faster than ever. But with exponential growth comes exponential risk, as outnumbered security teams struggle to secure mountains of code. This is where Snyk (pronounced “sneak”) comes in. Snyk is a developer security platform that makes it easy for development teams to find, prioritize, and fix security vulnerabilities in code, dependencies, containers, and cloud infrastructure — and do it all right from the start. Snyk is on a mission to make the world a more secure place by empowering developers to develop fast and stay secure.

Joining Snyk means embracing our core values: One Team, Care Deeply, Customer Centric, and Forward Thinking. As a member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to thrive in a dynamic environment where fostering collaboration, leading with empathy, driving business impact, and inspiring trust are at the heart of everything we do.

You’ll ensure that quality improvements—such as increased test coverage and reduced defects—are integrated into our product development process.
  • Customer-Centric Engagement: Collaborate closely with technical staff and Sales leadership to ensure customer needs are deeply understood and reflected in product development. You’ll align technical architecture and product strategies to meet these needs effectively.
  • Product Excellence & Mentorship: You’ll be the coach who lifts your team to new heights. Whether it’s through mentorship or leading by example, you’ll be key to developing the next generation of technical leaders at Snyk.

  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills—you can guide your team to success while fostering a growth mindset.
  • Strong presentation skills, presentation creation and leading and influencing via content and visuals.
  • Experience leading initiatives that improve product quality through test coverage, defect reduction, and usability improvements.
