We're seeking an exceptional Senior Manager, Technical Project Management to lead our team of project managers and business analysts in delivering large-scale software development projects that bring magic to our guests. As a key member of our Technology & Digital team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive transparency, accuracy, and efficiency in project planning, forecasting, and delivery.
In this role, you will:
Lead and mentor a team of project managers and business analysts to ensure successful project delivery
Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and other business groups to promote collaboration and informed decision-making
Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and financial forecasts to ensure timely and on-budget delivery
Identify and resolve issues, driving resolution in partnership with Planning, Delivery, and Finance teams
Use metrics and data to drive performance, efficiency, and forecast improvements
Ensure accurate program project closure, including retrospectives, transition, and hand-off to production operations support
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Minimum 10 years of technical project/program management experience, with a proven track record of leading large, multidisciplinary teams
Experience working in a matrixed organization, with multiple leaders and parallel efforts
Strong project management skills, including estimation, planning, resource planning, issue management, risk management, and communication planning
Excellent business communication, writing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with executive-level leaders
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
