Advance adoption of bolthires debit capabilities Manage processing partner relationships, integrations, and compliance; regularly engage with external partners on debit Develop thorough documentation and operationally sustainable processes to ensure consistent results Negotiate complex contracts with partners and customers Create and expand relationships with key external debit partners Develop technical proficiency and requisite fluency with network capabilities, including connectivity, specifications, and processes Collaborate broadly, sharing roadmap and interoperability considerations, and thought-leadership regarding U.S.debit norms Build strong positive relationships within bolthires, including network, issuing, legal, pricing, policy, technology, and relationship management teams Maintain deep and current knowledge about the payment services industry, debit and U.S. market trends, new and existing technologies, products, and services Responsibilities • Advance adoption of bolthires debit capabilities • Manage processing partner relationships, integrations, and compliance; regularly engage with external partners on debit • Develop thorough documentation and operationally sustainable processes to ensure consistent results • Negotiate complex contracts with partners and customers • Create and expand relationships with key external debit partners • Develop technical proficiency and requisite fluency with network capabilities, including connectivity, specifications, and processes • Collaborate broadly, sharing roadmap and interoperability considerations, and thought-leadership regarding U.S.debit norms • Build strong positive relationships within bolthires, including network, issuing, legal, pricing, policy, technology, and relationship management teams • Maintain deep and current knowledge about the payment services industry, debit and U.S. market trends, new and existing technologies, products, and services Requirements • Minimum 3 years' experience in the processing and acquiring of U.S. debit cards with processor, debit network, or acquirer • Sound technical aptitude, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Demonstrated ability to guide, contribute to, and execute on strategies to deliver outcomes aligned to business goals in matrixed organizations • Experience negotiating complex contracts with partners and/or customers • Proven ability to build, maintain, and leverage strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including industry partners • Track record of leading through change, challenging the status quo, and leading and producing results with or without authority • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate and illustrate complex issues in a simple, non-technical manner • Strong work ethic and organizational skills, with high level of intellectual curiosity, initiative, drive, and attention to detail • Potential travel required within U.S.(~10%) • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience required.
