About the Role The Senior Manager of Organization, Contract, and Leisure Sales plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and ensuring the financial and operational health of our sales portfolio. As a team leader, you'll be responsible for guiding a diverse group of professionals, fostering an inclusive work environment, and making strategic decisions that propel our business forward. Key Responsibilities Lead a high-performing team with diverse backgrounds, styles, and experiences, promoting a culture of inclusivity and excellence. Oversee the financial and operational integrity of the Organization, Groups, Contract, and Leisure Sales portfolio, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives. Negotiate contracts and develop new and existing business opportunities to maximize revenue in the most cost-effective manner. Monitor revenue, commissions, and contract performance to ensure income is maximized and business goals are met. Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth. Collaborate with Revenue Management to implement targeted promotions and drive revenue. Provide timely insights and recommendations to internal leadership and stakeholders regarding our competitive position in the market. Develop and execute sales plans aligned with sales targets for corporate, groups, contracts, discount, and consolidator business. Manage pricing, cost analysis, and negotiations to achieve the best possible return in individual markets, working closely with legal and risk management teams. Build strategic business relationships with client accounts to identify new business opportunities. Evaluate, approve, and execute marketing-related promotions to support sales efforts, coordinating closely with marketing and business loyalty teams. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need: A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field. At least 3 years of leadership experience, with some of this experience directly managing teams. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with a proven track record of driving measurable outcomes. The ability to travel up to 20% of the time to meet with clients and direct reports. Authorization to work in the U.S. Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not mandatory, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable: Experience in the airline industry. Proficiency in database and CRM (Salesforce.com or similar) management. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to drive results across the organization. The capacity to collaborate with business leaders, provide insights, and work together to resolve complex challenges. A demonstrated ability to leverage business acumen and analytical skills to position the organization as a strategic partner.
