Senior Manager, Operations - GHANA

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Operations to join our Ghana leadership team as we scale our retail and warehouse operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences across the country.As the Senior Manager, Operations, you will lead end-to-end operations excellence across our retail and warehouse functions—ensuring seamless customer experiences while driving operational efficiency and profitability. You'll own the execution of customer-facing and support operations, serving as a key member of our Ghana leadership team reporting directly to the General Manager.This role combines strategic operational leadership with hands-on execution, requiring you to optimize processes, manage cross-functional teams, and drive performance across our entire operational ecosystem.
