Accountabilities • Lead client engagements focused on defining AI strategy and implementation plans. • Shape and drive go-to-market initiatives for AI solutions. • Oversee multi-disciplinary teams delivering AI projects. • Advise senior executives on investment prioritization and AI governance frameworks. • Define and manage AI solution portfolios. • Design frameworks to automate knowledge work and enhance productivity. • Capture market feedback and refine AI product concepts. • Promote responsible AI practices throughout projects. • Mentor and develop the consulting team in AI expertise. • Contribute to business growth through thought leadership and client management. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. • 7–10 years of experience in consulting or digital strategy roles. • 3+ years leading AI/ML solution delivery. • Ability to bridge business and technology effectively. • Strong understanding of AI platform ecosystems. • Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams. • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
