We are seeking a technical Senior IT people leader to lead our Global Network engineering team. This role is responsible for executing technology strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a culture of innovation with a security and customer mindset. The leader will be responsible for driving transformation across infrastructure and cloud network platforms using infrastructure as code (IaC). Responsibilities You’ll build and maintain a high-performance team in a distributed work environment. Provide clarity of purpose for their team and articulate a clear vision and strategy. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and core principles. You’ll lead, manage, and coach an engineering team and develop innovative network and automation solutions. You’ll drive the technical roadmap for network architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. You’ll lead the transformation of our global & cloud network, and engineering practices. You’ll establish engineering standards such as network automation, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). You’ll manage initiatives, projects, budgets, circuits, contracts, timelines, and resources for optimal service delivery. You’ll guide teams through complex network troubleshooting and optimization challenges You’ll stay ahead of industry trends and introduce new technologies and methodologies to the organization Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leaders using both technical and non-technical language. Drive continuous improvement across technical, process, and engineering. You’ll ensure Agile practices are applied across the team and drive continuous improvements Work closely with the portfolio team members to ensure the delivery of initiatives and review of process to improve the flow of work. Work closely with engineers, architect, and tech leads to develop and drive technical roadmaps, plans, and deliveries. Ensure all decisions and solutions are founded on principles of security, quality, resilience, and scalability. Partner with Information Security teams and support the adoption of our Zero Trust and security programs across platforms and services. Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT leadership roles, in infrastructure and cloud network technologies. Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire teams. Experience driving teams across DevOps practices, CI/CD and IaC. You have strong knowledge of network protocols, automation tools, and cloud infrastructure You have deep understanding of network security practices and compliance frameworks You have proven ability to manage large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders Comfort with ambiguity and able to independently drive problem resolution Passionate for creating a great User Experience Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation and public speaking skills. Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks and methodologies.
