Responsibilities
Oversee a workstream within a consulting team advising Liberty Mutual's senior executives.

Design work plans for the workstream and collect data from various sources.

Craft compelling storylines that articulate findings, insights, and recommendations.

Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders.

Guide team and client stakeholders towards consensus and gain buy-in.

Communicate with senior leadership to influence and drive organizational action.

Support the development and coaching of Associate Consultants and Senior Associate Consultants.

Contribute to CS&R initiatives such as recruiting and talent development.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and MBA degree, or equivalent business background.

3+ years of experience, including 1+ years of post-MBA experience.

Minimum 1-2 years of strategy consulting or relevant work experience.
,
Strong critical thinking skills and ability to apply judgment to broader issues.

Ability to leverage experience and analysis to influence others.

Strong quantitative, analytical, and communication skills.

Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently and in a team.

Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
