Develop and implement strategic plans for the Human Resources Shared Services team, aligned with the overall company goals and objectives.

Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure a high-performing and engaged team.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR needs and challenges, and provide innovative solutions to drive organizational excellence.

Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs that are aligned with legal requirements and promote a positive work culture.

Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all employees.

Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to both employees and managers to ensure a fair and respectful work environment.

Continuously review and improve HR processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Develop and manage HR budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to support business objectives.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR, and proactively identify areas for improvement and development within the team.

Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization, promoting a sense of belonging and respect for all employees.

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all HR-related matters, providing insights and recommendations to drive business success.

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to HR and employment practices.

Act as a role model for Yahoo's values and culture, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Participate in and lead special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior leadership.
