As a Senior Manager, Global Supply Planning for Materials, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our material supply, capacity, production, and inventory plans are aligned with demand plans to meet business needs. You'll focus on apparel textile and raw materials, working closely with cross-functional teams to build and maintain Long Range Plans for Target Owned Brands. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Long Range Plans for apparel raw materials, ensuring alignment with demand plans and business needs. Manage and coordinate global planning for assigned apparel raw materials, ensuring on-time and complete shipments. Analyze and monitor capacity to prevent gaps in material supply versus demand. Establish and maintain a material supply review process, adjusting content as needed based on business needs. Define and develop material supply-related KPIs to measure performance. Represent Global Supply Planning on special project committees, collaborating with stakeholders to drive business results. Mentor Global Supply Planning Managers to support personal growth and development within the team. Collaborate with Product Operations, Global Sourcing, Global Raw Material Teams, Global Supply Planning (Product), Material Development, and Merchandise Planning to achieve business objectives. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A four-year college degree or equivalent experience. 8+ years of relevant sourcing or planning experience. Strong analytical and financial skills, with the ability to think strategically. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize among competing deliverables. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with and influence a broad group of partners and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: Experience working in a global supply chain or sourcing environment. Knowledge of apparel textile and raw materials. Familiarity with supply chain planning tools and software. Experience mentoring or leading a team.
