Senior Manager, Global Partner Operations (Hybrid)
About the position The Global Partner Services (GPS) organization is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Partner Operations who will be responsible for day-to-day operations of multiple Lines of Business (LOBs) and geographies leading resolution and driving sustainable results for our internal stakeholders and overall organizational goals. We are looking for a leader who will build and run a best-in-class operation, build horizontal team relationships with upstream and downstream partners, internal and external stakeholders and reimagine how we work, elevate insights and connect associates to career and development goals they desire. This role includes leading leaders, so having proven experience as a people manager is critical. Responsibilities • Manage multiple LOBs stakeholder engagement • Leadership of multiple teams and verticals • Coach, develop, mentor direct reports and a broader multi-level organization • Lead and manage projects and initiatives and partner on transforming our customer service journey to best in class • Manage 2-3 direct reports who will have direct reports as well Requirements • High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification • At least 5 years of experience in Operations • At least 5 years of People Leadership Experience • At least 3 years of Relationship Management Experience • At least 3 years of Process Management or Project Management Experience • At least 3 years of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office Nice-to-haves • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Organizational Behavior, Process Management, Human Resources or Mathematics • At least 6 years of experience in Operations • At least 6 years of People Leadership Experience • At least 5 years of Relationship Management Experience • At least 5 years of Process Management or Project Management Experience Benefits • Comprehensive health benefits • Financial benefits including performance-based incentive compensation • Inclusive set of benefits that support total well-being Apply tot his job
