Senior Manager, Global Capex Systems Engineering
Description:
Lead investment project portfolio management within Global CPS Engineering
Own capex forecasting for CPS in partnership with Finance
Ensure accurate annual, quarterly and monthly capex forecasts
Develop and improve capex management work processes
Partner with plant engineering leaders to integrate multi-year capex forecasting
Develop Project and Capex Management capability across all sites
Collaborate with sites to drive reapplication of best-in-class approaches
Create capex cost database of facilities and equipment for CPS
Work closely with procurement for driving capex effectiveness
Guide project managers through funding and monitor/audit design and delivery activities
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in engineering is required
5-10 years of experience in FMCG environment leading projects at a manufacturing location
Mastery in project management with experience in large and small projects
Experience in capital budgeting and forecasting
Strong knowledge of SAP for capex management
PMP certification is preferred
Strong influencing and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and get results in a matrixed organization
