The Role: We’re looking for a metrics-obsessed, digitally savvy Senior Manager, Ecommerce to own performance across our DTC website, Amazon storefronts, and select retail ecommerce channels. You’ll be responsible for maximizing conversion, revenue, and customer lifetime value through sharp merchandising, data-driven testing, and seamless shopping experiences. You’ll lead agency and vendor partners, manage promotional calendars, and collaborate cross-functionally to keep our online presence best-in-class. What You’ll Do Own Ecommerce Performance: Drive revenue, conversion rate, AOV, and subscription growth across DTC, Amazon, and retail ecommerce channels. Lead Site Merchandising: Strategically plan and execute product assortments, launches, collections, and promotional storytelling to ensure the right product, in the right place, at the right time. Manage External Partners : Lead relationships with ecommerce agencies and vendors (Amazon, SEO, CRO, UX, and platform partners), holding them accountable for measurable performance and ROI. Run Promotional Planning: Build and execute calendars for key campaigns, product drops, and seasonal events, in partnership with Marketing, Creative, and Retail. Optimize Through Data: Use A/B testing, CRO strategies, and behavioral insights to improve funnel performance; set and monitor benchmarks for traffic, CVR, AOV, LTV, and revenue per visit. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Creative, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to deliver a seamless customer experience—from campaign ideation through fulfillment. Forecast & Report: Own ecommerce forecasting and performance dashboards, distilling insights into actionable strategies for growth. Expand Retail Ecommerce: Support sales through online retail partners (e.g., Target.com, Amazon, specialty retailers), ensuring brand consistency, optimized product pages, and strong promotional execution. Stay Ahead: Track industry trends, competitor tactics, and emerging ecommerce technologies to test and scale innovations. What You’ll Bring 6+ years experience managing ecommerce channels for high-growth consumer brands. Proven track record of driving measurable revenue growth across DTC, Amazon, and retail ecommerce. Strong merchandising instincts with experience building and executing site and promotional calendars. Expertise in Shopify (or comparable platforms), Amazon Seller Central, and ecommerce performance tools. Highly data-driven with comfort setting KPIs, managing P&L, and using analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Looker, etc.) to inform decisions. Experience leading agencies/vendors across SEO, CRO, UX, and ecommerce operations. Strong project management and prioritization skills; thrives in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment. Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence and align teams around ecommerce goals.
