Develop and execute growth strategies for our digitally managed merchant portfolio
Analyze large data sets to inform business decisions and optimize portfolio performance
Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive business outcomes and resolve escalated merchant issues
Lead and support a team of account specialists to achieve business objectives
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and leverage insights to drive business growth
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data insights into actionable strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with merchants and stakeholders
Demonstrated experience in pipeline management, strategic account planning, and portfolio management

A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field
