Senior Manager, Digital Marketing Automation
About the position
The Marketing Automation Developer will be responsible for designing innovative solutions using cloud technologies to meet the digital marketing needs of clients. This role involves collaborating with business partners to translate their requirements into effective marketing automation solutions, utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud and various development tools. The position is part of an Agile Marketing Automation team focused on creating user-friendly solutions based on complex business requirements.
Responsibilities
• Design and implement marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• Collaborate with client servicing business partners to understand their digital marketing needs.
,
• Build journeys, emails, and automations using SFMC Cloud Pages, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Content Builder.
,
• Utilize AMPScript and SSJS for development tasks.
,
• Consult with internal business partners to create digital experiences that drive action.
,
• Increase business partner understanding of platform capabilities and new technologies.
,
• Drive better customer experiences through agile working teams.
,
• Proactively provide ideas and solutions for process and business improvements.
,
• Coach and mentor junior developers and conduct peer reviews.
Requirements
• Demonstrated experience using Marketing Automation systems, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• Basic understanding of Salesforce CRM and core objects.
,
• Proficiency in web development including Responsive HTML/CSS, REST/JSON API clients, JavaScript, and SSJS.
,
• Experience with database management (SQL).
,
• Strong understanding of industry best practices related to digital customer experiences, UXD, and web design.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
,
• Proven ability to collaborate with other leaders to deliver business outcomes.

• Strong understanding of technology including user interface, data flows, and back-end systems.
