About the Role: We're hiring a Senior Manager, Delivery, to oversee a high-impact state government program supporting Colorado's Enterprise Data Warehouse (CO BIDM). This is a delivery-focused role-not a technical one-ideal for someone with strong operational leadership experience, a deep understanding of public sector environments, and a passion for driving service quality, team performance, and reporting accuracy. Key Responsibilities: • Lead day-to-day operations across all stages of the contract, serving as the primary delivery point of contact • Oversee a delivery team that includes help desk staff, QA, and training support (10 FTEs, including 3 direct reports) • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and risks with clients and internal stakeholders • Develop and maintain internal processes and reporting tools to meet performance standards and contract goals • Support the client's project and contract managers in tracking performance and documentation • Manage data deliverables and transfer activities across internal systems, data warehouses, and partner agencies • Provide training, user support, and oversight of help desk operations • Collaborate with internal leadership to resolve issues, enhance service delivery, and support long-term contract success Required Qualifications: • 7+ years of experience in delivery or operations, including 3+ years in a leadership role • Proven success managing public sector or state government contracts, ideally related to healthcare or data services • Experience leading teams in matrixed environments, with a strong focus on accountability and service delivery • Excellent communication skills for engaging with state agency clients and internal stakeholders • Strong capability in building and maintaining operational processes and reporting workflows • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SharePoint, and project trackers for managing timelines and performance • Ability to navigate public sector governance frameworks and performance-based contracts Preferred Qualifications: • Experience managing Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) or Business Intelligence projects in the public sector • Certification in PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar project/process management fields • Familiarity with Medicaid, CMS guidelines, or other state/federal compliance standards • Experience overseeing help desk or user support operations • Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments Flexible Working At Conduent, we want you to be yourself. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The approximate compensation for this position is $125-$145k.
