Your day will consist of: * Improving new customer onboarding, activating upsell/cross-sell opportunities across teams, and executing on customer retention initiatives * Developing and executing customer marketing strategies that increase customer engagement, satisfaction, and revenue * Creating and managing customer segmentation and targeting strategies to optimize the customer journey * Developing and executing email, SMS, WhatsApp, and in-app campaigns to engage customers across multiple channels * Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance to optimize results and ROI * Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, customer success, and analytics to drive continuous optimizations and best-in-class customer experience across all lifecycle programs and activations * Building and maintaining a deep understanding of customer behavior, preferences, and needs to inform marketing strategy * Developing and maintaining a testing and experimentation framework to continuously improve campaign performance and customer experience * Managing and coaching a team of 2 associates **What We Need** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field * 8+ years of experience in customer marketing or a related field * 3+ years of experience in people management * B2B SaaS experience required * Strong understanding of customer behavior and segmentation * Excellent communications skills across all mediums, and all levels of the organization * Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions * Experience with A/B testing and experimentation * Experience with SMS and/or WhatsApp a plus * Experience with Pendo or Candu a plus **Perks and Benefits** At arenaflex, we take care of our employees at work and outside of work.
