Senior Manager, Commercial Strategy & Standards

Job Description:
• Support development and implementation of commercial standards and frameworks aligned to brand intent and strategic priorities.
• Use performance data and insights to identify gaps in demand, execution, or resourcing and inform focus areas.
• Partner cross-functionally to align commercial priorities and demand strategies to brand value propositions.
• Embed commercial standards into Brand Protection Programs (FIP, BCP, QA), training materials, and policies.
• Support standards that maintain brand distinctiveness and quality while enabling practical execution.
• Collaborate with Operations to bridge commercial and operational standards, balancing consistency with flexibility.
• Translate brand positioning into B2B enablement tools and guidance, collaborating across CS functions.
• Support governance, adoption tracking, and continuous refinement of standards.
• Champion the essentials vision and strategic framework with other Hyatt colleagues within the Corporate and regional offices to ensure full support and alignment.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years hotel experience, including commercial services experience, supporting limited service brands preferred
• Experience working with multiple brands, most preferred
• Self-starter, strong knowledge across multiple Commercial functions such as Sales, Revenue, and Marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Finance, or Business required
• Efficient with computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams)
