Senior Manager, CMMS Administration – Data Governance
Job Description: • Serve as the primary owner of the REALM CMMS governance model, including standards, controls, and change management • Develop and maintain a formal CMMS data governance model • Design and implement data quality routines, compliance checks, and recurring audits • Own the CMMS change control process related to various asset management aspects • Develop and deliver role-based training for SMEs and Super Users • Partner with stakeholders to ensure REALM supports evolving business and operational needs Requirements: • 7-10 years of experience • Deep experience with CMMS platforms • Proven expertise in data governance, system controls, and compliance frameworks • Experience supporting large, multi-site real estate portfolios across office and retail assets • Strong ability to translate operational needs into scalable system standards and processes • Familiarity with property management, facilities management, and compliance requirements • High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school • Bachelor's Degree preferred Benefits: • health, vision, and dental insurance • flexible spending accounts • health savings accounts • retirement savings plans • life and disability insurance programs • paid and unpaid time away from work
