You will have accountability for the strategic oversight of our local market business lifecycle to manage current year performance, forward-thinking market strategy initiatives, innovation, and improvements to competitive position to drive membership growth and plan performance. In this position, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our partners to drive growth and operational execution at the local level. In addition, you will be responsible for providing cross-functional leadership to matrix resources to execute against business plans and strategies.**Position may be remote or hybrid depending on employee location. If outside of West Region, ability to work West Coast hours.The Senior Manager, Business Consulting, will be expected to:
Lead strategic initiatives
Maintain a meticulous level of organization for multiple, simultaneous work streams with conflicting priorities
Key Responsibilities:
Project management
Anticipate, recommend, and act on next steps
Clearly and concisely summarize complex information, often coming from a variety of sources
Develop presentation decks
Independently determine where to pull critical information from various dashboards, analyze data, and make recommendations.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in project/program management, strategic planning and/or business consulting
Healthcare Industry experience; managed care experience preferred
Strong communication skills
Highly attentive to detail with a commitment to ensuring accuracy
Ability to successfully manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines
Ability to move several projects forward simultaneously
Ability to clearly, concisely, and accurately, summarize complex information
Strong proficiency in Outlook (email and calendar) and Teams; proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Ability to think strategically and analytically
Strong sense of intellectual curiosity
Education:Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$75,400.00 - $199,144.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.Our people fuel our future.
