Directly impact automation project decisions and capital allocation strategies for arenaflex markets across multiple countries
Build compelling, executive-ready business cases that clearly demonstrate the need for transformation and capital investment in automation assets
Develop and present strategic presentations to senior leadership that secure approval for major capital expenditures
Lead cross-functional initiatives to explore, design, approve, and implement technology solutions across stores, distribution centers, and fulfillment operations
Technology Innovation & Partnership Development
Continuously discover and evaluate new automation technologies in the supply chain space
Leverage arenaflex's Innovation Lab to test and vet emerging technologies and vendor solutions
Assess technology fit with arenaflex operations and existing systems to ensure seamless integration
Create mutually beneficial partnerships with external automation vendors to enable collaborative development of innovative solutions
Knowledge Transfer & Team Enablement
Define and educate market teams and leaders on Automation Best Practices, including facility design, process flow, and end-to-end supply chain impacts (upstream and downstream)
Develop and mentor market teams to identify operational requirements and successfully test, pilot, and scale new automation technologies
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across all global supply chain operations
Establish working groups and create frameworks for knowledge sharing across different markets and regions
