You would involve in Developing, Testing and Building world class agents and robots that impacts revenue growth, operational efficiencies, customer/Employee satisfaction of our end customers. You will be part of a group of elite Developers in UiPath Professional Service and lead critical projects and maybe a team of resources from ecosystems.What you'll do at UiPathAs a senior developerDesign, code and test automation workflows using UiPath.Verifying and leveraging appropriate UiPath components from UiPath Product Suite, especially the agentic groups and company’s latest technology.Provide solution designs to customers throughout the deployment of new deals, during POCs (Proof of Concept) and project implementation phase.Make changes to the robot code during implementation as needed.Develop workflows and custom activities using VB.NET/C#.Responsible for the overall testing cyclesDeliver technical training, demos, and blueprints and provide necessary support for new/existing clients.Mentor budding Developers.But also as a project leaderAbility to work, coordinate lead and manage across all UiPath teams involved in the projects, coordinate feedback and insight from stakeholder engagements to improve the product, delivery kits and overall customer experience.Ensure all projects delivered within time, scope, quality, and cost constraints; manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.Assist in definition of project success criteria and objectives, develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, manage project issues and risks, develop and manage project dependencies, ensure resource availability and allocationRun customer facing project status meetings, present project dashboard/report to all levels of stakeholders, create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, proactively manage stakeholder issues with professionalism and tact. What you'll bring to the teamGraduate/Postgraduate in Computer Science/IT or equivalent Degree.10+ years of experience in the IT industry with code development background.Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing and implementing automation workflows in UiPath or 10+ years in SAP Development.Experience leading a Team of at least 3 members.Deeply understand workflow-based logic and hands on experience with RE-framework, Orchestration Framework and DU (Document Understanding) Framework.Basic programming/Scripting knowledge on VBA/VB/java/C# script or equivalent is must (or any scripting language, python is a plus)Excellent communication skills are a must, language wise - Chinese Mandarin should be mother tongue, English both written and spoken should be fluent, Cantonese/Korea/Mongolian should be a plus. Proven experience and practical application of Waterfall and Agile methodology, with direct responsibility of managing global projects and schedules.Knowledgeable in latest GenAI/LLM/Agentic tech trends and major player’s products is a plusCertification in Project Management (e.g., PMI, PMP) is a plus.Certification in UiPath Technology is plusExperience Working with Test Suite, Apps, Insights is a plus.Understanding Generative AI and new releases of UiPath is a plus.Understanding of Cloud services like Azure/AWS/GCP is a plusUnderstanding UiPath Infrastructure requirements is a plus.Understanding Generative AI and new releases of UiPath is a plus#LI-NC1Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job?
