The AENB COO Office is responsible for driving greater consistency, effectiveness, and efficiency across the first line via its Strategic Planning, Control Management, Program Management, and Governance functions. Job Overview: Senior Manager, AENB Affiliate Governance & Audit & Exam Management We're seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead the implementation of an end-to-end internal and external exam program for the AENB Affiliate Management Program. This role will be responsible for driving effective and efficient exam and audit management, maintaining the Affiliate Management Program Document and procedures, and ensuring program adherence to regulatory frameworks and operational standards. Key Responsibilities: Supporting day-to-day internal and external regulatory exam management processes, working with the Affiliate Management Team to respond to audit and exam information/data requests. Creating audit and exam-related presentations for internal auditors, external examiners, senior leaders, and committees. Leading and participating in remediation efforts of exam and audit findings. Owning a general list of affiliate management process improvements and project managing the completion of those process improvements. Ensuring the AENB Affiliate Management Program complies with AENB 10 by owning, updating, and maintaining the Program Document and procedures. Minimum Qualifications: Experience in operational risk management (e.g., within Risk and/or Internal Audit function). Understanding of critical operational risk management lifecycle activities. Project management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience in process governance, with an understanding of processes that align with policies, regulatory frameworks, and/or operational standards. Proven ability to proactively identify areas of potential risk and implement processes to control and mitigate that risk. Strong attention to detail and superior organizational and follow-through skills. Ability to effectively work with colleagues across the company, including within various affiliate management and outsourcing government teams, 2nd and 3rd lines of defense, regulators, and senior leaders across the globe. Preferred Qualifications: Proven ability to focus on innovation and process improvements. Proven ability to drive teams toward high productivity and sustained performance. Adapts well to and initiates change in the organization. Strong written and oral communication skills; good presentation skills with the ability to influence business leaders and partners and understand and communicate linkages across initiatives and disciplines. Skills and Competencies: To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate strong leadership, project management, and communication skills. You'll also need to be able to work effectively with stakeholders across the organization, including senior leaders, regulators, and external partners.
