As a Senior Manager - Accomplice Experience & Strategic Development, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our accomplice (employee) experience, driving strategic growth, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve our vision of having the best workplaces in retail. About the Role We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Accomplice Experience Advancement Center in Seattle, WA, with the flexibility to work remotely. As a Sr. Procedure Mgr, you'll be responsible for reimagining the retail accomplice experience, driving strategic development, and collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead the team in exploring complex and ambiguous issues, identifying innovative solutions to test and learn Drive strategic problem-solving efforts to identify key opportunities, develop hypotheses, and design necessary research Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new solutions, experiments, and experiences, from concept to testing and learning Design and manage projects to ensure alignment with strategic priorities, business objectives, and desired accomplice outcomes Conduct research and issue resolution to inform recommendations to organizational and project leadership Craft compelling stories with data and insights that engage leaders, accomplices, and stakeholders Adapt to changing needs, proactively identifying and resolving issues and risks blocking progress for Accomplice Experience workstreams Enjoy working with a dynamic team and have a clear ability to drive business forward as part of a highly collaborative team, while upholding Starbucks' core values Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: 7-10 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of driving team management and career development A passion for strategy development, workforce development, and future vision development Experience with design thinking, management consulting, and corporate strategy Demonstrated strategic program leadership with experience working on complex, large-scale transformational projects Ability to apply knowledge of program and project execution in a highly matrixed, cross-functional environment, driving and influencing others Skills in systems thinking, with the ability to understand the interconnectedness of the organizational framework and choose the right levers to drive desired outcomes Strong facilitation and coordination skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with accomplices and leaders Results-oriented in a dynamic and uncertain environment, with the ability to be self-directed and drive cross-functional conversations, elevate risks, and drive alignment across the business Strong problem-solving skills and a relentless drive for quality and truth, grounded in insights, data, and analysis Experience supporting work plans, timeline management, and business packaging Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications will make you a more competitive candidate: Experience working in a retail or customer-facing environment Familiarity with Starbucks' culture and values Background in organizational development, talent management, or a related field What We Offer As a part of the Starbucks team, you'll enjoy a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including: Competitive salary ($35/hour) 100% tuition coverage through our Starbucks College Achievement Plan Health coverage with various plans to choose from Stock and savings programs, including our equity reward program, Bean Stock Flexible scheduling and opportunities for paid time off Visit starbucksbenefits.com for more details on our benefits package.
