The Opportunity
We're looking for a highly detail-oriented, proactive litigation professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes true ownership of their work.
This is not a task-based role-you'll be trusted to manage priorities, anticipate needs, and operate with a high level of independence and accountability. If you're someone who catches what others miss, stays calm under pressure, and takes pride in delivering flawless work, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do
• E-Filing & Court Procedures: Manage filings across California state and federal courts, ensuring compliance with all formatting and procedural rules
• Calendaring: Maintain and track critical litigation deadlines using calendaring systems
• Drafting & Proofreading: Support the preparation of pleadings, discovery materials, and legal correspondence
• Legal Research & Writing: Conduct research and assist with written work product as needed
• Case & Document Management: Organize case files, oversee document production, and keep matters on track
• Discovery Support: Assist with drafting, reviewing, and managing discovery requests and responses
• Quality Control: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all documents and filings
• Project Management: Balance multiple cases and deadlines while prioritizing effectively
