Senior Legal Operations Associate @ Remote

Powering the Future of Global Work Building Scalable, Compliant Infrastructure for Distributed Teams Everywhere Remote is hiring a Senior Legal Operations Associate to help build and scale the operational foundation that enables its Legal team to support a rapidly expanding, fully global workforce. This role sits at the intersection of legal enablement, systems design, and workflow optimization—driving the processes and tools that allow the Legal function to operate with clarity, precision, and impact across 90+ jurisdictions. As a senior member of Legal Operations, you’ll manage core intake, task orchestration, and project workflows, ensuring work is prioritized, resourced, and delivered efficiently. You’ll identify bottlenecks in legal service delivery, design repeatable and scalable processes, and develop metrics and dashboards that guide team decision-making. You will own key elements of the Legal knowledge ecosystem—maintaining internal guidance, templates, and country-specific resources to support both the Legal team and the broader organization. Collaboration is central to this position. You’ll partner with Legal specialists, Product, Operations, Finance, Sales, and Compliance to streamline cross-functional processes and improve stakeholder experience. You’ll coordinate external counsel engagements, maintain vendor operations for legal tools and services, and evaluate opportunities for improved efficiency, bolthires management, and automation. The ideal candidate brings experience in legal operations, legal project management, or paralegal work, with a strong command of workflow systems, productivity platforms, and automation tools. Familiarity with contract management, external counsel coordination, and legal knowledge bases is essential, as is comfort working with data and technical tooling—from APIs to logic flows. Success in this role requires a proactive, systems-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to contribute meaningfully in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
