Senior Legal Counsel - Regulatory Compliance [Remote]

~n What You'll Do ? Develop and implement global compliance programs tailored to technology regulations, including digital platform, artificial intelligence, video, and social media regulations. ? Build and maintain comprehensive documentation of compliance efforts, including policies, procedures, and training materials. ? Monitor and analyze regulatory trends to identify potential impacts on the organization and recommend proactive measures. ? Foster and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key regulators, including ongoing dialogue and collaboration. ? Establish key metrics to measure and demonstrate compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements. Track and report on the progress of compliance initiatives. ? Provide legal guidance to internal teams on best practices for compliance. ? Partner with Government Affairs to identify areas for joint efforts in engaging with regulators. Who You Are ? Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. ? Minimum of 10 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably within the technology sector. ? Strong understanding of the technology regulatory landscape. ? Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with regulators. ? Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving. ? Familiarity with regulatory environments in multiple jurisdictions, particularly in the US and Europe. Where You'll Be ? This role is based in our New York, Washington DC, Stockholm or London office ? We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in-person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home. ~n The United States base range for this position is $198,441-$283,487, plus equity.
