We are looking for an experienced Senior Lead Product Manager to join the Skate team. You will report to the Head of Product Management.

Responsibilities
? Define KPI and revenue impact of future features to inform prioritization for upcoming seasons, in collaboration with Creative and Production
? Provide data-informed product recommendations to reach KPI targets for upcoming seasons
? Work closely with analytics and user research teams to report on feature performance (Acquisition / Engagement / Monetization) to the studio and leadership teams
? Define product requirements, research plans and success metrics for new social, UGX and monetization features, to ensure features meet business and player needs.
? Lead forecasting efforts in collaboration with other PMs and central teams
? Opportunity to grow into a managerial role within 1-2 years

Qualifications
? 8+ years of game product management experience on F2P Live Service titles
? Demonstrated leadership capabilities with cross-functional teams, guiding multi-disciplines to achieve a core goal.
? Experience communicating product performance and KPIs, milestones, and progress to internal and external partners
? You are a game expert in current and new trends, knowledgeable of why the latest games are succeeding or failing
? You are passionate about making outstanding in-game social interactions, innovative user-generated experiences, and grow sustainable monetization capabilities that are respectful to the players
? You are passionate about understanding player behavior, and investigating what drives engagement, monetization and virality
? British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria)
? $126,000 - $176,300 CAD
? California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento)
? $138,200 - $219,000 USD

In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.

In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
