Senior Lead Coach

SENIOR LEAD COACH JOB DESCRIPTION Organization: Macros Inc Title: Senior Lead Coach Position Type: Full Time Work Location: Remote About the Role: The Senior Lead Coach is an internal leadership position open exclusively to current Macros Inc Lead Coaches. This role expands on the Lead Coach function by taking on a broader organizational responsibility, overseeing a larger coaching structure, and serving as a key quality and culture resource within the Coaching Department. Eligibility: This position is open to current Macros Inc Lead Coaches. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of developing other coaches, the ability to think strategically beyond their immediate team, and readiness to take on expanded organizational responsibility. Compensation: Coaching commission consistent with Lead Coach rate, plus a $15,000 annual stipend. Reporting Structure: This position will be an independent contractor reporting directly to the Director of Coaching. Goals & Responsibilities: Managing a team of up to 7 Lead Coaches and their teams Mentoring Coaches as needed Periodically reviewing client/coach interactions for quality assurance Field questions/concerns from coaching team Help Coaches understand and implement Macros Inc policies and operation guidelines Review and address any client concerns Gather weekly reports from lead coaching team Report any consistent client/coach issues Assist in responsibilities of Coaching Meetings, agenda, attendance, slides, topics Help monitor QAQC Monday board At times will need to work with CED to resolve coach/client concerns Maintain an active client coaching load
