Senior Java Software Developer (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and a thought leader in the tech industry
Provide leadership and guidance on big-picture business problems and goals
Mentor, train, and upskill your peers and clients' teams
Develop innovative solutions to complex problems using a range of technologies
Communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing
Proactively identify problems and recommend solutions
Demonstrate mastery of software development best practices, including Agile, DevOps, Test Automation, CI/CD, and TDD
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, such as AI, Machine Learning, Cloud, and IoT
Thrive in a collaborative environment with close interaction among different roles and teams
Requirements:
2+ years of full-stack enterprise Java development experience
Experience with Git, GitHub, Bootstrap, Gradle/Maven, or similar tools
Experience with SQL, JavaScript frameworks, Angular, React, Version Control, and Agile
Desired experience with Kafka, Jenkins, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and developing applications for major public cloud providers
Extensive professional experience in Information Technology and/or Consulting
Successful completion of Callibrity's CoderPad and Code Pairing Challenges
Strong interpersonal skills, including influencing, professionalism, and accountability
