Key Responsibilities As a Senior IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the IT team, providing technical support, and driving strategic initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading the IT team at your assigned office, monitoring daily tasks, and ensuring that the team performs its technical functions and carries out its processes in accordance with corporate standards. Providing logistical and strategic support to the Corporate Information Department, contributing to the development of our IT strategy and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Preparing the annual budget for your office and ensuring its proper execution, as well as managing necessary purchases and procurement processes. Maintaining strict control over network usage and Internet access, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines and managing authorizations and access rights. Training users in technologies, software, and engineering, ensuring that they have the knowledge and skills needed to effectively utilize our IT systems and tools. Supporting the identification of Product Owners' needs and ensuring that they are aligned with corporate objectives, as well as supporting the identification, monitoring, and compliance with budgets established for applications, appliances, and other IT resources. Evaluating new technologies and tools, and implementing them when required, to drive innovation and improve IT services. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong technical background, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional IT support. The essential qualifications for this role include: 5+ years of experience in Corporate IT Support, with a strong background in Linux, Windows, and cloud services. Proficiency in Endpoint Management, Networks, Virtualization, Mobile Devices, and Security. Knowledge of ITIL or similar standards, Backups, System Recovery, and Inventory Management. Excellent conflict resolution, human resource management, and negotiation techniques. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead teams and drive technical initiatives. In addition to these essential qualifications, we prefer candidates with: Project Management certifications (PMI) and experience in managing IT projects. Experience with Cloud Products and Services, and a strong understanding of cloud computing principles. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
