As aSenior IT Specialist, you will play a critical role in administering the Relativity platform, developing custom scripts, managing upgrades, and evaluating data loading performance for the Antitrust Division.About the Role In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for providing technical and development support for litigation support systems, working directly with Government staff to ensure seamless operations. Your expertise will be crucial in troubleshooting connectivity and functionality issues, monitoring system performance, and optimizing it for improved efficiency. Key Responsibilities Administer the Relativity platform, including creating custom scripts, managing upgrades, and evaluating data loading performance.Provide end-user support to troubleshoot connectivity and functionality issues with litigation support systems. Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance, making recommendations for improvement. Assign user IDs and passwords, set up and maintain security groups, and ensure compliance with Government security requirements. Coordinate with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and DOJ technical staff to resolve technical issues. Develop tools for system-wide use in developing applications and participate in performance testing of various litigation support applications.Prepare system documentation and conduct user training sessions on systems developed. Ensure successful completion of work, timeliness of deliverables, and quality control. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must have: At least five years of hands-on experience in implementing and administering complex systems, such as UNIX, Windows, and Network Storage Solutions. Experience with large-scale database management applications and applicable database management software. A good understanding of specific applications and application software, such as Relativity or other web hosting platforms.In-depth knowledge of the Government's IT environments, including office automation networks and PC and server-based databases and applications. Excellent written and oral communication skills. An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field is strongly preferred. Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) certification is preferred. Preferred Qualifications To stand out as an ideal candidate, you should have: Experience with Relativity upgrades, testing, deployments, and migrations.SQL, MySQL, and Regular Expressions skills, including creating queries, optimizing SQL queries, and performing audit/reporting tasks. Programming/scripting experience in languages like C#, Python, JAVA, PowerShell, Perl, or VBA. Experience with Administration of Windows 2016/2019/2021 and Azure or AWS Cloud and virtual machines. Familiarity with other eDiscovery applications, such as IPRO eCapture, Nuix, LAW, Viewpoint, Concordance, Summation, Recommind, CasePoint.
