As our (Senior) IT-Security Engineer - Endpoint Protection(m/w/d) you’ll play a key role in strengthening our endpoint security measures while collaborating with a dynamic and innovative team. This is your opportunity to influence IT security projects and contribute to ensuring our robust security infrastructure. About your tasks: • Enhance and maintain robust security solutions for digital workplaces, including malware prevention and detection, encryption, and endpoint hardening. Develop automation for recurring processes. • Take ownership of patch and vulnerability management , identifying, evaluating, and deploying operating system and application patches as well as security updates. • Drive the development of security policies by designing and implementing client hardening concepts . • Explore growth opportunities by contributing to IT security projects focused on infrastructure and applications, driving innovative solutions. • Ensure security compliance by analyzing system reports and providing insights into endpoint security status. About you: • Several years of professional experience in endpoint security , with expertise in operating systems (Windows, Mac) and their management solutions • Strong expertise in operating systems , their management solutions, and security frameworks, with a special focus on safety mechanisms (Windows, Mac) • Hands-on experience with antivirus products (e.g., With-Secure, ESET, Sophos, Trend Micro). • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in client/endpoint administration and hardening .
