Job DescriptionAs a member of the Legal Department team, you will be expected to support business activities of the company, including, but not limited to: Provide legal support for the company’s operations in several jurisdictions Draft and review all types of agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents Advise on different IP- and personal data-related matters Assist sales and other departments during the negotiation phase concerning contracts and approval thereof with clients/partners/suppliers Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations QualificationsHigher education degree in law Proven track record and 5 years of experience in a similar role Solid experience in commercial and civil law, with profound experience in client agreements and tenders Expertise in IP law Detail-oriented mindset At least Upper-Intermediate level of English Additional Information
