We are looking for product minded, impact-driven engineers to join us on this journey.What We’re Looking ForKey responsibilities:Shape and co-own codebase of a greenfield product as a member of a cross-functional product-engineering teamDrive turning user needs into solutions end-to-end, from product discovery to supporting our code running in productionDrive design and development of a greenfield mobile app, and contribute significantly to the system design of the overall productBe a trusted partner for product, design, data and other functions, as well as other teamsSupport growth of your team and colleaguesWork with and contribute to a modern technology stack with Swift, SwiftUICollaborate with other Engineers to constantly push the boundary of technical excellence across iOS and beyondImplement cool ideas and have impact on millions of users in a customer-centric environment with high degree of ownershipRequired skills:Proven impact building new and/or refactoring existing large scale customer-facing productsVery strong product & business mindset. Proven ability to drive building of successful products working closely with Product Managers, Designers, Domain expertsRelevant experience in iOS development in companies that required a strong product mindsetAbility to choose the right tool for each challenge, learn new tools and technologies Ability to manage risks, trade-offs and propose efficient solutionsStrong advocate of design for testability, automated tests, shift left and willingness to work in an environment where engineers own the quality end-to-endAbility to learn fast, collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectivelyGreat understanding of object-oriented, functional and declarative paradigms, design patterns and architectures such as MVVM/MVI, DIStrong experience with TCA and composable, modular UI architectures in generalAbility to craft clean, maintainable codeStrong ability to design for reliability and scalability Strong grasp of Swift including concurrency, networking, persistence, performance optimizationExperience building complex, dynamic, and interactive UIs with SwiftUIExperience implementing and advocating for methodologies that allow fast iterations and maximise developer productivity, such as eXtreme Programming, Trunk Based Development, CI/CD mindset, BDD, TDDStrong advocate of technical patterns and solutions that optimise for pace of experimentation (e.g. backend-driven UI architecture, modularization, high cohesion/low coupling)Great command of EnglishNice to have:Knowledge of libraries, tools and approaches for building beautiful animations: Core Animation, Lottie, SwiftUI animations etcExperience with backend developmentExperience with data and/or multimediaAs we are growing our hub in Cyprus, we are offering full relocation support for this role.
