Senior Insurance Product Analyst, Car
We are looking for a talented and curious Senior Insurance Product Analyst to join us in creating the most loved car insurance product on the planet.As a core member of the Insurance Product team, you'll collaborate with our Actuarial, Insurance Operations, and Underwriting experts to ensure we profitably grow Lemonade Car. We're building the future of insurance with AI at the center, and we need people who are genuinely excited to learn and grow alongside these tools.In this role youâllLead analytical initiatives supporting insurance for new and existing car productsCollaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding Actuarial, Insurance Operations, and Underwritingâto develop policy coverage, pricing, competitive studies, and eligibility criteriaConduct advanced analyses to inform product feature development, state strategies, and competitive positioningBuild and maintain business reports, dashboards, and performance indicators to track core metrics and measure the impact of your workMonitor and evaluate the impact of product changes and state launches, demonstrating success by identifying and addressing opportunities for profitable growthSupport QA testing for new features and enhancements to current products, ensuring high-quality, seamless rolloutsWhat youâll need3+ years of P&C experience, preferably personal linesAdvanced proficiency in Excel and SQL for reporting, dashboard creation, and data manipulationB.S. in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Insurance, or a related fieldExperience analyzing and interpreting large data setsExcellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, interpret findings, and make actionable recommendationsStrong project and product management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives forward independentlyOutstanding written and verbal communication skills; collaborative and team-oriented approachAbility to work in a remote environmentEnthusiasm about learning and adapting to the exciting world of AI â a commitment to exploring this field is a fundamental part of our culture*Please note that we are unable to sponsor applicants for work visasUnfortunately, we cannot consider applicants from these states; Colorado, California, Montana, Hawaii, New Mexico and Puerto Rico.Lemonade's US base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000-$90,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
