About the Role: Senior Insights Analyst
In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for conducting customer research and analyzing data to uncover actionable insights about the experiences our guests have when shopping at Target. Your focus will be on connecting the dots between customer behaviors and perceptions of our in-store experience, with the ultimate goal of driving increased engagement and relevance with our guests. You'll partner with internal stakeholders and external partners to execute work, and will be expected to stay up-to-date on the latest developments in insights and retail.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct customer research and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decisions
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our guests' needs, preferences, and behaviors
Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement customer-centric strategies and activations
Communicate complex research findings and insights to leaders and stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner

About You: Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need a combination of education, experience, and skills. Here are the essentials:
4-year degree or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g. marketing research, consumer insights, statistics)
2+ years of experience in marketing research, consumer/shopper insights, and/or experience insights
Knowledge of qualitative, quantitative, syndicated, and first-party insight tools
Ability to analyze customer data and communicate findings in a compelling manner to leaders and cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:
Advanced degree in a related field (e.g. MBA, MS in Statistics)
Experience working in a retail or consumer goods industry
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
