The Opportunity:
The Senior IT Project Manager will lead a comprehensive global review of Rapid Aid’s business processes and IT systems, identify gaps and implement scalable, efficient solutions.
This role will begin with a 3–4 month deep-dive study of global processes and systems, including end-to-end process mapping (P2P, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report). Following the assessment phase, the successful candidate will design and execute a 12-month implementation roadmap to optimize systems, improve data flow, and enhance automation and reporting capabilities.
This is a high-visibility role reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, requiring strong executive presence, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct full end-to-end process mapping across global operations (P2P, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, etc.)
- Analyze existing systems architecture and data flows
- Identify system gaps, inefficiencies, and risk areas
- Develop a gap analysis, systems heat map, and strategic roadmap
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
- Lead execution of approved IT transformation initiatives
- Improve overall IT data flow efficiencies
- Drive system integrations, automations, dashboarding, and AI initiatives
- Optimize Microsoft Dynamics Business Central environment
- Strengthen SharePoint and OneDrive architecture and governance
- Ensure sustainable system performance post-implementation
- Lead integration of newly acquired companies into Rapid Aid systems
- Continuously improve enterprise IT governance and scalability
Required:
- 8–10 years of progressive IT project management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field
- PMP certification
- Proven experience with end-to-end functional process mapping (P2P, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report)
- Experience supporting Asian backend operations (China and/or Vietnam a bonus)
- Strong knowledge of, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, SharePoint & OneDrive, Enterprise system integrations, IT data architecture and workflow optimization
- Experience working with hardware infrastructure and IT vendors
- Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise-wide implementations
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- Self-starter with ability to work independently
Strong Assets:
- Background in SQL and/or Python
- Experience with automation, dashboarding, and AI implementation
