Senior Implementation Consultant (San Jose)
About the position Responsibilities • Lead full implementation project cycles from discovery through post-production support. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation. • Conduct needs assessments and convert business requirements into functional solutions. • Configure, test, and validate system features and integrations. • Build implementation plans, timelines, and documentation. • Provide client training, demos, and best-practice guidance. • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail. • Identify optimization opportunities and resolve technical issues. Requirements • Must currently reside in the United States. • Must have legal authorization and the right to work in the USA. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. • 5+ years of implementation consulting or systems integration experience. • Strong communication and client-facing skills. • Experience with enterprise systems, SaaS environments, or API integrations. • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid setting. Nice-to-haves • PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification. • Experience with automation tools, workflow systems, or data integrations. • Background in management consulting or enterprise software.
