Job Summary As a Senior Human Resource Specialist - GSCL, you'll play a critical role in supporting the Global Supply Chain and Logistics (GSCL) business at Workwarp. You'll be a strategic partner to leaders and team members, providing guidance and support to ensure a positive work environment and drive business results. Your expertise in HR will help us build high-performing teams, develop effective processes, and maintain compliance with employment regulations. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical and administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records, administering employment orientation, compensation/benefits, and supporting execution of cyclical processes, workers compensation, payroll, and record keeping. Ensure compliance with Federal and State employment regulations and company policy in all areas of employment, including hiring, promotion, transfers, resignations, and terminations. Support the staffing needs of the distribution center through ensuring teams are set up for employee orientation, and assist with answering employee questions and escalating concerns to leadership as needed. Execute employee training programs in a timely manner, and maintain accurate records of regulatory and corporate trainings. Assist with special projects, including coordination of building cyclical processes and new initiatives. Work efficiently both individually and as a team, sharing ideas and adapting to change. Report to work on time and complete job tasks assigned accurately and on time to contribute to the overall distribution center results. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent experience. 1+ year of administrative experience. Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and computer systems (e.g., Excel, Word, O365). Strong customer/client service skills and ability to communicate (written and verbal) with all levels of organization, both internal and external. Ability to anticipate problems, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate strong organization skills. Ability to work with highly confidential information. Ability to take initiative and make fair and consistent decisions that align with our strategy and values. Ability to multi-task and be a flexible team player who can easily adapt to change. Preferred Qualifications: We prefer candidates with: Experience in HR or a related field. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
