Key Responsibilities Coaching and Mentoring: Share your expertise with the branch team by providing training on products and services, ensuring they're equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Collaborative Sales Efforts: Work closely with bankers to identify new business opportunities, introduce clients to additional products and services, and drive revenue growth. Customer Experience: Utilize various marketing channels and strategies to create a seamless customer experience, leveraging centrally managed direct mail, media advertisements, cross-sell efforts, and more. Branch Partnerships: Develop strong partnerships with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual support. Mortgage Expertise: Establish yourself as a trusted mortgage expert, both internally and externally, by staying up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements. Consultative Sales: Provide personalized recommendations to clients based on their financial needs, goals, and circumstances, demonstrating a deep understanding of their unique situations. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience: A degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate. Mortgage Lending Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of experience in mortgage lending, with a proven track record of sales success in retail banking. Local Market Knowledge: A strong understanding of the local real estate market, including current trends and developments. Excellent Communication Skills: Outstanding written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, bankers, and other stakeholders. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Preferred Qualifications FHA/VA Sales Experience: Previous experience in FHA/VA sales, demonstrating a deep understanding of these specialized lending programs. Marketing and Relationship Building: Skills in marketing, promoting, and building relationships with clients and bankers. PC Skills: Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and systems.
