Responsibilities

Client Liaison: Act as the trusted advisor and primary contact for clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.

Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with strategic client accounts.

Strategic Guidance: Provide expert guidance and solutions to ensure client success and satisfaction.

Growth Strategies: Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue opportunities within existing accounts.

Opportunity Identification: Spot and leverage upselling and cross-selling opportunities, collaborating with experts to enhance client retention and drive growth.

Account Reviews: Conduct regular reviews, assess performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.

Performance Tracking: Forecast and monitor key account metrics, including revenue trends and client performance.

Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, progress reports, and presentations for senior management.

Issue Resolution: Address client concerns, issues, and escalations promptly and effectively.

Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to resolve problems, exceed client expectations, and maintain high client satisfaction.

Documentation: Create well-organized, accurate, and concise material for organizational use.

Professional Development: Provide ongoing training, networking, and development opportunities.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in account management, with healthcare experience preferred.

Skills: Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

Reporting & Analysis: Ability to generate and interpret various reports, providing strategic solutions.
